1. About Amrutvan

Amrutvan is operated by Amrutvan Agro Produces, registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using our website (amrutvan.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Product images are representative — natural agricultural products may vary in appearance
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• Seasonal products (e.g., Alfonso Mangoes) are available only during their harvest season (typically April–June)
• Product availability is subject to stock — we will notify you if an item is unavailable after ordering

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay and Stripe
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors — we do not store your card details
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through ShipRocket's courier partner network (42+ couriers)
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on location and logistics conditions
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and order weight
• You will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp (if opted in) once your order ships
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
• Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
• Non-perishable items (e.g., horsegram flour) may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

6. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped — contact us immediately at support@amrutvan.com
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled (see Returns policy above)
• Full refund will be processed for successfully cancelled orders

7. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• You can login with email/password or Google authentication

8. Intellectual Property

All content on amrutvan.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, blog posts, and design — is the property of Amrutvan Agro Produces and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Product Reviews

• Reviews are subject to moderation before being published
• We reserve the right to reject reviews that contain offensive language, spam, or unrelated content
• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our website

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Amrutvan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
